Contract: The client’s approval for work to commence shall be deemed a contractual agreement between the client and Brideshair.co.uk. The acceptance of our fees, payment of 30% non refundable deposit and booking of a wedding day date indicates the client's agreement of these terms and conditions, and is a contract between the client and Bridehair.co.uk. The booking of a date for the actual date or dates deems that the client is happy with the work to commence on the day and no refund of deposit and or final fees will be given.
Cancellation Charges: You can cancel with no extra charge up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. If you cancel within 30 days prior to the wedding date a charge of 50% of the full fee will be payable. In the event of Brideshair not fulfilling your contract we reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time without notice other than that of your wedding day where we will give either notice of no less than 21 days or an alternative stylist.
Privacy Policy: Brideshair.co.uk may ask you to provide certain information when you use the Website. You will know Brideshair is collecting information for administration & future use only the information collected may include but not be limited to: Name Addres, Telephone Number, Email address
Brideshair may: send information to you which we think may be of interest to you; provide information relating to you all personal information given to us is stored within Brideshair database for our administration purposes only. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and we abide by the rules of data protection from the Information Commissioner's Office. Removal from our records You may at any time ask us to remove your personal details from our records by sending an email to info4brideshair@yahoo.co.uk. Once your wedding date has surpassed all information provided with be deleted securely from our system within 6 months
Payment terms: Payment is currently accepted by cash or cheque. If you wish to make payment by bank transfer please advise at the time of booking how you would like to pay and relevant details will be given.
Credit Card & PayPal Payments: At present we do not accept these forms of payment.
Changes to our Privacy Policy If we decide to change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes here. However, we will not make any material changes to the way we process your personal information, without first seeking your consent.
