1.The future date and time of your wedding
2.Your full postal address including post code
3. The address for your preparations on the day if different to your home address.
4. We need a land line telephone number and a mobile number
5. How many people are in your party
6. How you came to hear about us? (ie: search engine, Level salon, recommendation, or other)
FAILURE to give all requested information will result in you not receiving further correspondence.
We are a very busy company therefore, we are unable to answer any enquiries via the telephone unless you have placed your details in our system.
